Connecting one phono output to two inputs?

Im trying to connect a dj mixer to an amp with phono leads and also to a microphone plug with a 3.5mm jack to phono cable. Trouble is I cant find any splitter cables (1 phono pair to 2 phono pairs) anywhere. I want to do it to record mixes but at the moment I have a choice, either plug the mixer output straight into the mic plug and lose the speakers or plug them into the amp and lose recording. Any ideas how to hook it all up so that i can record without sacrificing speaker output? And do you know anywhere that sells splitter cables like the one previously mentioned? Thanks.
