What's wrong with me ( Please help! )?

For a few days now it's been hurting me to breathe, when I both inhale and exhale. (Mainly inhale) The pain isn't in my chest, it's coming from the centre of my rib cage at the bottom (not on the bone but on the soft bit where the ribs part ) and it also hurts along my diaphram. I'm really worried.
