The Patriot Act: repeal it or make it more strict?

Repeal it. I agree with the Ben Franklin quote. And the Patriot Act exists out of fear, and I agree with FDR that the only thing to fear is fear itself. But I would add we should fear those who want to control us with fear (that would be Bush, Cheney, the neocons, and those who wrote the Project for the New American Century).
