I'm having credit card debt and behind on mortgage payments.?

My debt is big and the last thing I want is to lose my house where I live with my kids. I don't want to file for bankruptcy either. Does anybody know a counseling place to consolidate my debt and be able to pay what I owe??? Thanks!!
