What should I do for my 15th Birthday?

I live in Oklhoma about 30 minutes from Oklahoma City. Also about 20 minutes from Norman. I have no idea what to do. I am not the most popular girl. So not very many people will want to come but I want it to be big. My family is tight on money so it has to be cheap.
