What do you all think?

My neighbor friend and I have been emailing on personals for several months now. I have had feeling for him for over a year and a half now. My sister seems to think he does too. We just got done talking about this and she thinks I should just "go for it". He is always suggesting that I call him. Said I could call this weekend. Went to see him with my family today and had a good time. Is always telling me how he isn't finding anyone on personals (neither am I) Should I proceed? If so how? I've known this guy for years so I feel a little awkward. Not sure why. Anyone please? I should say that we are both in our thirties and should know better..ha ha..
