I keep having this dream over & over...what does it mean D:?

Ok I have been having this same dream or dreams similar to this over and over and it's freaking me out!...ok here goes...in the dream I'm doing normal dream stuff then BAM outta nowhere I'm holding a friggan baby and everyone keeps telling me it's mine and at first I'm like "okk how the Hel did THIS happen.' and i kinda accept itthen I'm like "wait a min I don't even remember getting pregnant or giving birth!!!there's no WAY this is my baby!"then the baby becomes like a doll or something and I'm like "see I told u" I know it's stupid but it confuses me so bad!could I get pregnant soon or something!o.0. I'm only 18 and that's freeaks me ouut...!any input would b great...!
