Very high bun/creatinine ratio?

My daughter blood test shows a bun/creat ratio of 60 and I'm concerned. Her creatinine was low... .1 which I expect as she has spinal muscular atrophy ..... bun was 6. rbc was low lymphs high at 76 and neutrophils low at 17. She did need to fast prior to test, but since she has a gtube she did receive water during the night, so my concern is not hydration. I'm still waiting on her dr's call and will be seeing her next week. I never take a wait and see attitude with my childs health and have had to push her doctors from time to time. I am very concerned with her ratios and any info or advice I can take to her dr will be helpful
