Cupcake themed 1st Birthday?

I am a little ahead of the game, but hey, I'm excited. I am planning my daughter's first birthday party in a cupcake theme and am trying to think of some cute ideas to incorporate. Just wandering if anyone had some for me. We will be serving a tri tip lunch and the party will be outdoors (we live in California) if weather permits. We will be having a candy & cupcake bar for favors, and the cake will be a 3 tier cake...the top layer will be an oversized cupcake which will be her smash cake. decorations, I will have a wall covered with cupcake material that will have a picture of her from each month, newborn to 11 months. I will also have cupcake balloons, and cupcake cutouts placed all over. Each of the tables will have a table runner made of cupcake material. I don't really have any game ideas, and need some more decoration ideas that incorprate the theme.
