Educational Sponser?

I have a gifted child who always seems to be pin pointed as the troubled one. He is very bright 6 years old. He was tested at five as having an IQ of 129 and ranged superior (3rd grade while in pre-k) in all subjects Math, reading comprehension and writing. I can't afford to send him to private school and my city doesn't offer any gifted programs below 15,000. I am looking for any sponser or any resources to sponsers that would help him. I am trying to help him now, because later may be to late. He doesn't make friends well and has a difficult time with the teachers. Some have said while other children build sand castles your son builds Mansions. He gets along better with adults but wants their attention. I still have his Reports handy and just am looking for some guidance.
