I need to know how to reset the maintenance light in my Scion.?

I had the oil changed and they didn't reset it because they informed me that it wasn't something they "had to do", anyway, with that being said.....it isn't in the manual how to turn it off and I know it has something to do with turning the key and resetting maybe the trip mileage???? help, it's a 06' tc
