Question for all You Buffalo/Rochester/Toronto Inhabitants?

I'll let others who are more familiar with Buffalo and Rochester answer your first question. There is no ferry service between Toronto and New York state. For a couple of years there was a ferry service between Toronto and Rochester but it failed (I took it in 2005 shortly before it closed down, and it took 3 hours, about the same time as driving). The bus takes 2.5-4 hours between Buffalo and Toronto. If you do come to Canada, remember you'll need a pport or the US will not let you back in.
