Ugh! I saw I fan video online of an anime I don't don't know what it is!?

I saw this fan video of this one anime on Youtube. I have no idea what the plot is or what its called, I just watched it and then forgot all about it and now I want to check it out! There was a boy who was aparently part cat. He had ears sprout out from his head in some of the scenes. He had blue hair and his eyes were smaller than most japanese anime boys would be, I'm speculating that MAYBE he was a foriegner? And then there's this girl and I don't tink I noticed anything weird with her in the vid. I guess the anime is a romance because the vid centred around stuff like thaat involving them together. And there was this one scene, like the girl and the guy are on a really high building and he holds something out of her reach and she falls and she about to trip off the side of the buildng and he catches her but their weight makes them fall to the ground and he lands with perfect reflexes because of the cat thing. I really sorry that I don't know anything more specific, just if anyone's seen the vid or they think they know the anime please help!
